Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Connector Social (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("Customer").
1. The Service
Connector Social is a web platform that lets businesses connect their own social media and messaging accounts to manage conversations, comments, publishing and analytics. Features depend on the permissions granted by each connected platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and be authorized to act for the Customer. You are responsible for the activity of the Users you invite.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect an account from TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) or another network, you authorize us to access and act on that account only as needed to provide the features you use. You must comply with the terms, community guidelines and policies of each platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect an account at any time.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you publish through the Service and are responsible for having the necessary rights to it. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to publish illegal, infringing or harmful content, to impersonate others, to scrape data, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Service or of connected platforms.
6. Fees
Paid plans, when applicable, are billed as described at the time of purchase. Test and evaluation accounts may be provided free of charge.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features that depend on third-party APIs may change when those platforms change their products or policies.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of connected platforms. After termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
